I work on complex products and focus on making them simple to use. The complexity should live in the system, not with the user.

I think in systems, but I pay close attention to details. An experience is made up of small decisions across the product, and those decisions define how it feels to use.

I care about the business side of design and aim for solutions that work for both users and the company.
